Document Holders
A document holder is a stand that enables a user to place a book and/or paperwork on it with the intent of improving posture and health. They can help ensure that paperwork is viewed at eye level without neck flexion. Document holders can also help keep a user organized and free up space at the workstation.
Types of document holders include height-adjustable, fully adjustable, including height, depth, and angle of the document, in-line (when placed between keyboard and monitor) or freestanding.

Three Benefits of Using a Document Holder
#1. PREVENT NECK TWISTING:
Prevent neck from twisting up/down or right/left to view documents and/or books.
#2. AID WITH EYE COMFORT
A free-standing document holder should be positioned an arm’s length away, the same as your monitors. This consistency helps prevent eye fatigue and headaches. An in-line document holder positions the documents directly between the keyboard and the monitors with the correct angle visually.
#3. ELIMINATE CURVING THE SPINE
It is common for people to curve their spine in order to see the fine print of paper documents that are laying flat on their desks. This places the spine in an awkward posture and can create discomfort. By raising the documents, there is a line of sight without curving the spine.
