How To Chose the Size of Ergonomic Chair:
TIP: You want to make sure you have two fingers of space between the back of your knee and the edge of the seat pan while seated.
- To determine what size of chair, measure from the back of your knee to the seat. (Upper leg measurement)
- The chair should be 1 inch less, then the measurement of the depth of the chair.
- Measure your hips while seated. The seat should ideally be an inch larger.
Sizes and Features as They Differ for Each Chair:
Small: Seat depth is 16″-18.5″ (Seat slider) and a 20″ width (Height and width adjustable)
Medium: Seat depth is 17.5″d x 19.5″w (Height adjustable arms)
