Overview

Most of our business furniture solutions are ordered for the specific needs of the project. Therefore, we do not accept refunds unless the product is defective. If defective we will first fix the problem with a replacement and if that doesn’t work a refund will be issued. If it has not been manufactured yet and costs have not been incurred we will work with your team to stop the order if there is substantial reasons for this. If it has been manufactured, or is in the process of being manufactured, we can not refund.
