Executive office furniture has to look beautiful, work the way each leader works and keep them comfortable through long days. Sit-stand executive desks are our specialty: every desk on this page can be made height-adjustable, with the base hidden behind wood panels so it still looks like a classic executive desk when it’s lowered. For 25 years, Pacific Ergonomics has planned and installed executive offices for corporate headquarters and full C-suite floors across the country. Our CPE and CEAS certified ergonomists fit each desk, chair and monitor to the leader using it, following OSHA’s computer workstation guidance. Start a conversation about your executive offices.
Beautiful, and right for your brand. A great executive office fits your brand, complements the architecture and is planned so the furniture suits the room. We choose finishes and layouts that make each office feel intentional and carry the same look through the rest of your workplace.
Built around how each leader works. No two executives use their office the same way. One leader who is rarely in the office needs several places to meet. Another needs a table and a comfortable area to host guests. Someone else needs room for books, files and storage. We design each office around how that person actually works.
One look, tailored to each executive. Our process starts with a simple intake where each executive shares what matters most to them. We combine the results so every office has the same feeling and aesthetic, while each one meets its own needs: a printer stand in one, a meeting table in another, a coat closet or extra guest seating in a third.
Comfortable through long days. Setting up an executive desk correctly takes much more than a height-adjustable base. The desk, chair, monitors and keyboard all have to fit the person, and the right answer is different for every leader. Our team works through those details so the executive simply sits down and feels great.
Proven at scale. For a leading collectible company’s Carlsbad headquarters, we furnished 85 private offices, including 19 executive suites, and finished two weeks ahead of schedule. See the Carlsbad project.
For one of the largest electrical contractors in the Western United States, we reimagined a dated C-suite floor in Escondido: four executive offices, a boardroom, storage and hallways. Each office was planned around how that leader works, from the desks to the walls.
Became a private command center. We built a dedicated workspace with large monitors that retract from view during meetings, paired with a matching conference table for client meetings. Old built-ins came out, walls were refinished, and the space now balances technology with hosting.
Called for flexibility and impact. We installed a height-adjustable executive desk that doubles as a conference table, so the CMO moves between focused solo work and team huddles without changing rooms. Integrated screens on two walls round out the setup.
Needed privacy and precision. We specified an executive desk with expansive surface area for reviewing financial documents, paired with secure storage for sensitive materials. The layout keeps everything structured and within reach.
Most office buildings aren’t built with identical offices. Window placement, doorways, and wall dimensions can vary dramatically from room to room. That’s why the ability to specify the right furniture for each office is key. At Pacific Ergonomics, this is our specialty.
We adapt furniture layouts to fit each unique office footprint.
We make every space feel custom, without the custom-built-in price.
Space planning is included with our service.
This ensures every executive office feels intentional, balanced, and professional, even when the spaces themselves are very different.
Most executives meet in their office every day. These are the details we plan for so the room works as well for a visitor as it does for the leader.
A standing executive towering over seated guests looks awkward. A bridge layout keeps the guest side of the desk fixed while the work surface behind it rises.
We place monitors on the return, in the corner or on arms that swing away, so nothing sits between the executive and their guest. For leaders who handle confidential information, screens face away from visitors.
A meeting table next to the desk, or a cantilever desk that works as both desk and conference table, lets a leader hold a quick meeting without booking a room.
A wardrobe closet built into the storage wall gives coats, bags and gym bags a place to go, so the office looks finished when a client walks in.
“Working with Pacific Ergonomics on our private office furniture, space planning and design was an exceptional experience. Our office has been transformed into a stylish, comfortable, and functional environment our team loves.”

A sit-stand desk that still looks like an executive desk. When the desk is raised, you see the legs underneath. When it is lowered, the legs disappear behind the wood panels and it looks like a traditional executive desk. Leaders can stand during the day, and visitors only see a clean, finished desk.
Meetings without booking the boardroom. On that Escondido C-suite floor, offices like this one got a meeting table next to the desk suite, so the team can meet right there.
What makes us different:
We begin by understanding how executives work, what they need, and the image they want to project.
Our ergonomics team consults with each executive and builds a solution that works for them specifically.
Desks are specified correctly, functional for daily workflow, and aligned with the executive’s style and brand.
Storage, meeting space and technology are planned around the executive’s workflow.
Bases that disappear, so the office keeps its elegant look while still supporting sit-stand health benefits.
Designs span traditional veneer to modern laminate, glass, or mixed finishes to match brand and aesthetic.
A custom built-in look without the custom built-in price, by tailoring proven desk concepts to each office footprint.
Design, procurement, delivery, and installation, at no additional design charge.
Experience delivering executive suites for projects ranging from single offices to multi-floor headquarters across the U.S.
Pacific Ergonomics designs and installs executive offices and leadership suites for organizations across the U.S., from a single office refresh to a full C-suite floor.
Executives host clients, board members and their own teams. A pull-out refrigerator and pull-out trash built into the credenza or desk return keep drinks cold and the room clean, with nothing sitting out.
A cold drink without leaving the room. The refrigerator drawer sits behind the same finish as the rest of the casework, so guests never see an appliance. It holds water, sodas and snacks for a meeting.
Trash that stays out of sight. A pull-out trash and recycling drawer hides cups, wrappers and used coffee pods. It is one of the small details that keeps an executive office looking finished.
Coffee and supplies within reach. Deep drawers next to the coffee maker hold pods, cups and napkins, so the top of the credenza stays clear.
Planned into the layout from day one. We plan these during space planning, including power for the refrigerator, so they are built in and not added later. Ask us about adding them to your executive suite.

It depends on the person. The desk, chair, monitors and keyboard all have to fit the executive’s body and the way they work, and a height-adjustable desk alone rarely solves it. Many desks don’t lower far enough for some users, so other pieces have to make up the difference. Pacific Ergonomics works through these details for each leader so the desk feels right from day one.
Each executive completes a short intake so we understand how they work, how often they meet in their office and what they need close at hand. We combine everyone’s answers into one design direction, so the offices share the same look while each one includes what that leader needs.
Every office has its own windows, doors and wall lengths, so each one needs its own plan. Our space planning sizes each office to its room and keeps the whole floor looking like one design, within your budget.
Yes. When the desk is lowered, the base disappears behind wood panels and it looks like a classic executive desk. Choosing the right base and height range for each leader is part of our planning.
Every executive desk in our collections can be made in the size your office needs and in almost any color. Finishes range from laminate to wood veneer and exotic woods, and any desk can be static or height-adjustable.
For a polished look, yes. We coordinate finishes across the executive suite and carry them through the rest of your office, so the whole floor flows and reflects your brand.
Quick-ship laminate desks can arrive in a few weeks. Wood veneer, exotic wood and custom sizes take longer, and we plan the order around your move-in date.
Yes. Pacific Ergonomics plans and installs executive offices across the United States, from a single office to a full headquarters floor.
